You wouldn’t think that a utility company that only has just over one hundred customers would that that many accounts receivable…  But it’s actually gotten to the point where the board has decided to employ a debt collection agency to try and recover all the past due accounts.

We have actually had some people in the town living without water for over a year now, and it seems that they don’t much care.  Who can live like that?  Of course, most of the problem customers are renters, big surprise.

So it’s my job to go through all the debt collection agencies and try to find one who will work with us.  This is quite difficult for small businesses, as a few of the ones I’ve talked to won’t take you on as a client unless you have at least 150 past due accounts to hand over to them.  We don’t even have that many customers!

I’ve spent almost two hours this morning interviewing companies, or rather letting them interview me, as they always seem to ask more questions than I do!

But I think I’ve buying drugs online found the solution.  Let’s just hope the board agrees.

Remind me again why I work for the township?  Oh, that’s right.  It’s because I can’t say no to purchasing acomplia family members…  I’ve got to remember to work on that!
