My sister is still trying to lose weight, and now I finally know why.  Apparently one of prescription drugs without a prescription online the OB/GYN doctors she works with at the hospital made a comment one night about how women should be able to drop all their pregnancy weight by the time the baby is six months old.

My sister’s little one is now nine months old.

She’s been trying every fad diet, diet pills and anything that claims to be the best price cialis target=”_blank”>best fat burner around.  She doesn’t seem to get it that the best fat burner is exercise!

My advice for those who wish to drop a few pounds – get a dog!  Then walk it daily.  Or a toddler works just as well! *wink*

I’m always asked how I keep in shape and stay so slim.  My answer used to be pilates.  But who has time for that anymore?  Lately I’ve just taken to telling the truth about it.  I simply don’t have time to eat.  I run three separate businesses out of my house, I’m the mother of two, and have three young dogs.

With all that needs done in a day, supper is the only real meal that I actually have time to sit down and enjoy.  Most of the time during the day I eat cereal while sitting at my desk.  I walk my dogs four times a day, we usually run up to the church and back on each walk (okay, they usually drag me up to the church and back.)  It’s only like 2 tenths of a mile one way, but do it four times a day and it adds up.

I keep the junk food out of the house, but always have a full fruit bowl.  My family’s idea of a snack is an apple sliced served with peanut butter, my sister’s family’s idea of a snack is little debbie cakes, or brownies and such.  That alone makes a big difference.

When it comes to dieting, little changes make all the difference.

I had the same problem losing weight after I had my son, I simply banned food from any room but the kitchen.  If you can’t relax while you’re snacking, you’re less likely to eat a lot.  I threw out my deep fryer, and haven’t owned one since (13 years now).  I bake instead of fry, even nice crispy french fries can be baked!

Change a few little things and see how it works out for you!  Keep changing your habits and you’ll soon learn to eat healthier, and so will your family, and you’ll lose the weight and keep it off!

Excellent advice. AT LAST.. someone who realises that exercise is the BEST thing you can do. A lot of people try these pills etc, but sooner or later they will HAVE to realise that exercise is all that is going to work.

Thank you! No one seems to believe that that is all it takes!

Yes agree that exercise and a strict diet is what all it takes to loose weight. I myself avoid the kitchen just to resist the temptation of over eating.:-)

I wish I could avoid the kitchen – unfortunately, for me, my office is just off the kitchen!
