A while back I started looking into an online university for myself in Information Security, and I happened to mention it to my sister, and she was intrigued.
As a registered nurse with a Bachelors in Nursing, she’s looking to further her career and her education by going back to school for her Masters degree. After looking for a while at online colleges, and asking around to her colleagues, she was recommended to the Western Governors Online University and it’s programs. They not only offer an rn to bsn online degree, but they also have Masters programs, and come highly recommended.
Who knew, ten years back, that in the future so many of us would not only be working from home, but that we’d also be attending colleges from home.
Isn’t the internet wonderful?

The internet is pretty amazing. I’m happy to have grown up in a time when things weren’t this hi-tech yet though, lol.

Btw, have an award for you over at my blog.

I love the high-tech stuff – at least computer wise – on my coffee maker is another thing…
Why thank you! And thanks for stopping by!
I’ve taken some graduate courses on line and it’s a wonderful experience. Who would of thought you could cook dinner and go to school at the same time. Congrats on attending school and much success in getting your degree. You can do it! All the Best!
I know – isn’t it great! Thanks for stopping by!

Why thank you! I’m honored!
I personally would like to take M.A. too. Probably in English or anything related to Arts and Letters course. But unlike your sister, I like to go back to school and not settle for an online school.
I don’t really feel it’s ’settling’ when you attend college online. We both like the fact that we can go to school, yet not give up the time it would take to go to a physical college.
