Mommy Sandwich - Week 2 my kids & me
I see everyone twittering or posting about those oh so sweet moments our spawn sometimes grace us with, and I smile remembering back on buy cialis professional those days fondly…

And then I smile even wider because most of those mothers have no idea what they’re in for in just a few short years…

My wonderful mommy moments for today included:

My son deciding to mow the front lawn, two minutes cheap drugs online after I stepped out on the porch to make a call…

My son tormenting my daughter and making her scream for nearly thirty minutes…

My daughter dumping a whole glass or orange juice on my two day old leather sandals…

My daughter winding up the dogs until they were tearing through the house like wild animals, knocking over plants and anything else not bolted down…

My son back talking me while we had company, granted it was just the church ladies stopping to annoy me again, but still…

I could keep going on, but instead I’m going to go lock myself in the bathroom and soak the stickiness off in a much needed bath…

Who cares that it’s 12pm, we mommies grab our bath time whenever we can spare a minute, or when we get too sticky to function, and that is one thing that doesn’t change as they grow up!

I laugh and shake my head alot when I read things that happen in day to day life with Mom’s now days. My daughter is 27 and I really don’t relate to most of it. I’m old enough things were calmer in our day. We had schedules and kids had less leeway to do some of the things I read here on the net (not specifically your blog). I always thought schedules were helpful for the kids to know what to expect when, and to control stress and chaos in the adults life as well. People don’t tend to think that way nowdays. I just don’t remember feeling so over whelmed as I think many young mothers today are.

Hope you enjoyed your bath and have a less sticky day tomorrow.
