The Acne Issue
A few weeks ago, I had to deactivate my spam filter because people were having problems commenting. The last few days I’ve once again been beaten by the spam comments, and have reactivated the plugin. It has been upgraded, along with a wordpress update, so I’m hoping the problems won’t persist.
Please let me know if you have a problem commenting!
Allow me to be the first to try it out. Spam is very disturbing, no matter how I have set up the spam filter, some of them still got through. But without the spam filter, I believe it would have been much worse.

I have been getting bombarded by spam too. Not just a couple sentence a whole page in the comment section.

I use a spam filter and I love it! I was spending almost a half hour a day deleting spam comments. Now I go through them all once a week and delete them. My filter does a great job and hasn’t stopped any good comments (so far).

Spam sucks… without the plugin it’s nearly impossible to find anything in my inbox! This wasn’t the first time that I’ve had problems with this particular plug in though, I may have to find a new one!
