I never seem to go with the crowd, I don’t pick my movies, books or even music by what’s currently popular. I pick what I like…
So when the whole Twilight craze hit, I ignored it. I didn’t run out to see the movie, I didn’t go out and buy the books, I just ignored it.
But my son, an avid vampire lover from way back in the Wesley Snipes Blade days, had unbeknown to me, added the Twilight movie to our Blockbuster list. It arrived last week, and we haven’t sent it back yet.
He, my fourteen year old son, was not impressed and never finished watching the movie, but I’ve watched it twice now, and it just gets better and better each time I watch it. I’m hooked…
I haven’t yet read the books, as I’m currently in the middle of reading another series of fantasy books by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman, called the Dragon Lance books, but between my two sisters they have the four books that are out, and I’ve already put in my request for them…
Unfortunately, although she trusts me implicitly with her two children, my younger sister, whom currently has custody of the books, has failed to hand them over. Separation issues apparently, my older sister and I have decided, guess it comes from being the youngest of three girls, but buy drugs online no prescription that’s a whole other story…
Okay, so I’m hooked on the movie, and dying to read the books, as everyone knows that books are always better than the movies…
I think they cast the movie just perfectly, although I do have to admit to having issues with the girl whom plays Bella at first, mainly her lack of emotion. She seems to walk around with the same expression all the time, the whole way throughout the movie. I’m deciding that maybe she’s not that bad, maybe that’s how she was supposed to play it. As for Edward, well, he’s simply perfect, what else is there to say about him!
I love the biology class scene where he first says Hello to her. I love the field trip scene where he tells her that they shouldn’t be friends…
I could keep listing my favorite parts, but heck it buy tadalafil cialis would probably take me all day, and another run of the movie…
So if you haven’t seen the movie or read the books – I’d highly recommend it… I’m even thinking of skipping the last six books in the series I’m reading to jump over and read the Twilight books first – something I never do, as I’m very particular about reading series in order and all at once so that I don’t forget anything.
Of course to do that, I may have to forcibly remove the books from my sister first….

OMG!! YOU TOO.!!!
THIS MORNING I watched Twilight AGAIN, my second time cause i wanted to see Edward. OMG. He’s so HOT. . . I sounds like a high school girl right now.
Even I thought it was one of those low budget movies at first, cause i had no idea what it was about, i kinda just watched it and yes, the actress, i thought wasn’t good enough. but HEY.
It all fit perfectly in the end. !!
I’m trying to get my mom to watch it too. she’s just so not into movies though. Is not bothered, but I know she’ll like it.
It’s good to know i’m not the only one.
Loved it so much.
Also comtemplating whether to buy the books or wait for the movies, Cause whenever I read something, it’s always better than the movie, but I do wanna see Edward Collins again. . . hmmmph

It’s coming out in November I believe – but don’t quote me on that! I can’t wait to see it either!
My son and I read all four books to each other, and we had many a late night until we were done. I’m looking forward to the next movie, but I am hoping that Bella will be a little more expressive in the future movies. Her lack of expression bugged me too. I was able to overlook it for one movie, but I think it will seriously get on my nerves if she’s going to be that way in all the next one and beyond.

It’s nice to know that I’m not the only one to notice her lack of emotion/expression! My hubby didn’t seem to notice it. Thanks for stopping by!
