Do I really want to see these people? Random Tuesday

Random Tuesday Thoughts is hosted by Keely @ The UnMom…. go check it out for more randomness!!

Class Reunions – Fun?  Or hanging out with the same people you DIDN’T want to hang out with in school?   I wonder if I could get a copy of the list of people who have already RSVPed before I make up my mind?  And how ironic that it’s being held at the club that one of our classmates owns, despite the fact that the place is crowded with only half as many people in it…

Hubby has finally picked out a pair of dress shoes, and it’s only taken about a year to do it.  He ordered them last night and hopefully they’ll be in before the wedding we’re supposed to go to in two weeks.  I’m so tired of seeing him in dress pants… with hikers peeking out.  Luckily, Clarks shoes had a pair he liked that weren’t too ‘sissyish’ (his words not mine), to me they look like most other mens dress shoes…  I don’t understand it… But then he can’t understand why I need all four pairs of the black leather get cialis online boots I have…

I have discovered that when I’m angry – I get more done.  If I’m in a pissy buy drugs online mood in the morning, I can have the whole day’s to do list done by noon.  But if I’m in a good mood, considerably less gets done…  Would this be considered working off my frustrations?

Nope, no need to go. I was really wanting to go to mine – more for the place than the people. Then, a week before the reunion, they sent a list of everyones e-mails, addresses, etc. I was able to get re-acquainted with the people I actually liked. Facebook has been helpful too. After the reunion I saw the pictures and was glad I didn’t go, everyone had gained at least 40 pounds and no one looked like they were having fun, even though it was at a bar.

I keep changing my mind. There are a few people that I would like to see, but only a very few. And the location is just down the road from here, we often stop at the club for a drink when we go out… I guess I’ll decide probably the week before whether or not I’ll actually go…

      Thanks for stopping by!!

I just missed my reunion. My brother went and said there weren’t that many people who showed up. I think social media is killing the interest for reunions. You get to learn the answers to the questions you want to ask, but you don’t actually have to have a conversation with them.

I think social media is actually what got the plans for this reunion started… Social media is just getting big in the small towns, which is what this is. There were 150 people in our graduating class.

I’m anti reunion (also friending those losers on Facebook). If you wanted to keep in touch with them, you would have.

I like your angry accomplishments. Now that I think about it, I get more done since anger motivates me. Grr.

I can’t seem to keep them from befriending me on Facebook – it seems like when I delete someone, the next day they’re sending another friend request. And of course, since I have a problem saying no, I always accept the requests, unless I don’t know the person.

Good to know that I’m not the only anger motivated person out there! Thanks for stopping by!

The high school reunion dilemma? I went to my ten year – I flew home, paid the $90 for one ticket (my hubby didn’t go with me) and it sucked. There were a lot of people there, but none of the people that I actually WANTED to see. I skipped the 20 year.

I wish I had the excuse that I would have to fly home, unfortunately, I still live here, so it would seem that I’m now expected to HELP with the plans for the party, and with tracking down the remaining missing members… Once again, due to my inability to say no to people.

Class reunions – Why is such an event invented anyway? Isn’t 10 years of embarrassment enough for those so-called ” batchmates” and they had to extend it up until you become an adult?

Getting pissed in the morning – I agree with you. Same thing happens to me. Maybe because no one is brave enough to bother an angry person who’s busy? :D

You have really great taste on catch article titles, even when you are not interested in this topic you push to read it

You have to express more your opinion to attract more readers, because just a video or plain text without any personal approach is not that valuable. But it is just form my point of view
